Katarzyna Kordyńska

cognitive behavioral psychotherapist

I provide individual therapy for adults.  I gained my professional experience in the public and private healthcare sector. From the beginning of my practice I was associated with the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw. I completed internships: at the Clinic of Neuroses, Personality and Eating Disorders and at the Day Unit for Affective Disorders. Then I started working as a psychotherapist at the Ursynów-Wilanów Mental Health Center, where I conducted individual therapy and a behavioral activation group for people experiencing low mood and anxiety symptoms. I worked in a private practice "Psychotherapy in Mokotów".

I am currently in the last year of a 4-year training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Centrum CBT school, which is accredited by the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. I completed my master's degree in clinical psychology at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the Netherlands.

In my work, I am guided primarily by the well-being of the person who comes to me, their individual needs and professional ethics. I use techniques whose usefulness has been scientifically proven. I am the author of scientific publications in the field of cognitive and clinical psychology and a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. I regularly supervise my work. I support LGBT+ people. Privately, I am interested in traveling and climbing.

During the summer break: July/August I do not hold regular meetings. In a crisis situation, it is possible to arrange a meeting online after prior arrangement.
