I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist in training, currently completing a four-year program in the cognitive-behavioral approach at the Cognitive Institute in Warsaw.
I work with adults and adolescents aged 16 and over.

I gained my professional experience, among others, during an internship at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw (Clinic of Neuroses, Personality Disorders, and Eating Disorders), at a Psychiatric Day Ward of the Warsaw Praga-Południe District Health Care Center, and while working at the Mental Health Center in Piaseczno.

In my work, I am guided by empathy, attentiveness, and respect for the individual. I strive to create a safe and supportive space that allows for a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s difficulties, as well as for working toward change. I continuously develop my professional skills by participating in courses and training programs, and I regularly submit my work to supervision.

In my personal life, I value quality time with loved ones and the restorative connection with nature.
