I am a psychologist currently completing a four-year comprehensive psychotherapy training in the cognitive-behavioral approach at the Cognitive Institute in Warsaw. I provide individual therapy for adults, supporting them in gaining a better understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and ways of responding to everyday challenges.

I hold a master’s degree in psychology with a clinical specialization from SWPS University in Warsaw. I have also completed Level I training in Solution-Focused Therapy. On a daily basis, I work as a psychologist in a 24-hour General Psychiatric Ward at the Masovian Specialist Health Center in Pruszków. In my work, I come into contact each year with several hundred patients presenting a wide range of clinical concerns. I also have experience working with patients in penitentiary settings as well as within private healthcare, where I conducted ADHD assessments and provided psychological support.

In my therapeutic work, I place strong emphasis on evidence-based practice as well as on collaboration and open communication with the patient. I also value cooperation with professionals from other fields, including psychiatrists, in order to provide comprehensive support tailored to patients’ needs. I continuously update my knowledge by participating in specialized training courses and scientific conferences, and my work is regularly supervised.

During therapy, I help patients better understand how their thoughts and beliefs influence emotions and behavior. Together, we look for effective ways of coping with difficulties and improving everyday functioning. Working with me is a process focused on patients’ goals, resources, and strengths. I believe that everyone has the potential for change, and I am glad to accompany patients on this journey.

In my free time, I enjoy watching musicals and practice figure skating as a hobby. I am interested in Irish culture, which I return to with curiosity during my travels, exploring its music, traditions, and unique atmosphere.
