PRIVACY POLICY

2. The Administrator processes your personal data only on the basis of legal provisions and for strictly defined purposes - including the implementation of the Agreement and the performance of obligations imposed on the Administrator under generally applicable law.
3. The Administrator processes your personal data provided for the purpose of concluding and performing the Agreement, such as: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address.
4. Your personal data will be processed in order to fulfill the obligations imposed by regulations, in particular the obligations:
a) resulting from applicable personal data protection regulations,
b) contacts,
c) providing psychological or psychotherapeutic services,
d) settlement of services provided.
e) archiving.
5. The recipients of the data provided by you may be the Administrator, entities related by capital or person to the Administrator and the legal successors of the Administrator, as well as entities to which the Administrator has entrusted the processing of personal data.
6. Your data collected in order to fulfill the obligations arising from legal provisions and in order to perform the contract will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill these obligations and for the period required by law or to secure any claims. .
7. In relation to the collected data, you have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, and also the right to transfer data.
8. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
9. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 section 1 letter a) or b) and c) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - (OJ EU . L. of 2016, No. 119, as amended).
10. Your data is used for the legally justified purposes of the Administrator.
11. Your personal data will also be processed for legally justified purposes pursued by the Administrator, i.e.:
a) for the efficient implementation of the Administrator's current activities,
b) for proper performance of the service,
c) to determine, pursue or defend claims arising from the business activities conducted by the Administrator.
12. The recipients of your personal data are the Administrator and entities entrusted by the Administrator with the processing of your personal data (including therapists or psychologists who will provide you with psychological or psychotherapeutic services), as well as authorized entities pursuant to legal provisions, including state authorities.
13. Your data will be stored until the legitimate interests of the Administrator constituting the basis for this processing are fulfilled or until the expiry of the period for which the Agreement was concluded or until you object to such processing. After this time, your data will be deleted.
