I am a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist undergoing four years of training at the CBT Center (a facility accredited by the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy). I also completed a five-year master's degree in psychology at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

I have experience providing psychological consultations and individual psychotherapy for adults, both in-person and online. I gained professional experience in psychotherapy centers, educational institutions, and a childcare facility. Currently, I focus on providing individual psychotherapy for adults.

What is important to me in the office is an authentic relationship in which, alongside difficult emotions, there is also space for lightness and a smile.
In my work, in addition to CBT, I also use selected techniques of schema therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

I regularly undergo individual and group supervision of my psychotherapeutic work with certified PTTPB supervisors, which allows me to observe ongoing therapeutic processes and constantly develop my professional skills.

I spend my free time on long evening conversations with loved ones and short trips, and on a daily basis I relax by putting together puzzles and solving Sudoku.
